- General Refund Policy
1.1 Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a digital product has been delivered and downloaded. However, if you encounter any issues with the file (such as corruption or errors in the content), please contact us, and we will make every effort to rectify the problem promptly.
1.2 Custom Orders
Custom orders, including personalized digital prints, are non-refundable once work has begun. We will provide a proof for approval before finalizing the print. It is your responsibility to review the proof carefully and request any necessary changes before approval.
- Eligibility for Refunds
2.1 Non-Delivery of the Product
If a digital product is not delivered to you as agreed, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of the purchase date if you have not received your product.
2.2 Major Defects
If a purchased product contains major defects and you notify us within 7 days of purchase, we will work to correct the defect or provide a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
2.3 Dissatisfaction with Service
If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product to discuss your concerns. Refunds for dissatisfaction are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

4.1 Order Cancellations
Orders for digital products can be cancelled before the product has been delivered. Custom orders can be cancelled only if work has not commenced. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
4.2 Cancellation Fees
A cancellation fee may apply for custom orders if design work has already started. The fee amount will be communicated during the cancellation process.
